Ferrand Side Car

 

 

By Marvin Allen, Carousel Bar, New Orleans

- 1 ½ oz of Pierre Ferrand Ambre cognac 
- ½ oz of Mathilde Orange XO 
- Juice of 1 fresh lemon 

Place all in a Boston Shaker with ice and shake until well blended and chilled. Strain into a sugar rimmed martini glass.
