A Love Supreme

- 1/2 ounces Pierre Ferrand Cognac 1er Cru de Grande Champagne 
- 1/4 ounce Yellow Chartreuse 
- 1/4 real grenadine 
- 1/4 ounce peach puree 
- Parigot and Richard Cremant Rose Champagne 

Shake the first four ingredients over ice and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice. Top with chilled Rose Champagne and garnish with a fresh peach slice.
