Blackberry Collins

Crème de Mûre 
Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac 
Lemon juice 
3-4 blackberries 
Soda 

Muddle the blackberries in simple syrup 
Shake and fine strain over fresh ice in a Collins glass 
Top with soda. 
Garnish : Lemon wheel and blackberry
