Rock Star Breakfast

4 cl (1.3 oz) Pierre Ferrand 1840 Original Formula Cognac

2 cl (0.7 oz) Laird's Apple Jack

2 cl (0.7 oz) fresh lemon Juice

1.75 cl (0.6 oz) smoked maple syrup

0.25 cl (0.1 oz) Strega

 

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker, fill with ice, shake and strain into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
