To All My Friends

To All My Friends, made by Thor Bergquist, Experimental Cocktail Club, London, United Kingdom.

3 cl (1 oz) Pierre Ferrand Albre Cognac

3 cl (1 oz) Carpano Antica Formula vermouth

1.5 cl (0.5 oz) Lemon juice

1.5 cl (0.5 oz) Simple syrup

0.5 cl (0.2 oz) Fernet Branca

1 egg white

 

Pour all the ingredients into a shaker and shake without ice. Fill the shaker with ice an shake again, double strain into a champagne flute, top up with soda and garnish with a mint leaf.
