The Summit was created at the first Cognac Summit in 2008 by 17 brilliant bartenders and specialists.

- 1 slice of fresh lime peel
- 4 thin slices of fresh ginger
- 2 oz Pierre Ferrand Ambre Cognac
- 4 oz lemonade
- 1 long thin slice of cucumber peel

Place the lime peel and ginger slices in the glass. Pour Cognac over the lime and ginger. Lightly crush the lime and ginger with a pestle. Half fill the tumbler with ice cubes. Mix for 5 seconds with a bar spoon. Add Cognac, lemonade and cucumber peel. Mix again for 5 seconds with a bar spoon and serve.
