Sip Sip Smash

Sip Sip Smash, created by Thor Bergquist and Alex Skarlen, ECC Chinatown, London

45 ml Pierre Ferrand ambre Cognac
15 ml freshly pressed lemon juice
15 ml seven spice syrup
4-5 Thai basil leaves

Shake & double strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.

Adorn with a sprig of Thai basil.
